Rules to blogging:

No profanities what so ever!
Do not use any bad words.  This blog is a positive an encouraging space, we will not accept any posts that use profanities.

Write how you speak. However try your best to keep grammatically correct. We want the blog to sound like you are speaking to an audience.  You can keep the tone to your writing relaxing and not so "rigid" in format.

We encourage opinions. We want to know your opinions so write whatever you feel is on your mind.

Don't write anything hurtful or distasteful. We encourage challenging opinions but do it in a respectful way. If you are unsure ask your mentors.

Spell check! Check your spelling.

Personality counts. This is your time to show who you are!

Teambuilding Activity: Chocolate River/Lava Pit

Picture
To end the session, we did a teambuilding activity where we had to pretend we needed to cross a Chocolate River or a Lava Pit with 6 marshmallows, in this case, we used folders.  In the picture at the right, we are deciding on a plan to cross over to the other side.  This was a fun teambuilding activity to get everyone to work together and come up with a plan to get over the river.
