Mae Lee's presentation on CPA's advocacy work
After the presentations, Mae Lee, Executive Director of the Chinese Progressive Association (CPA), spoke about specific advocacy work done by CPA in the past.
Team-building Activity: Bring Me, Tell Me (Draw Me)
Led by Lauren, we then did a team-building activity called "Bring Me, Tell Me (Draw Me)." Mentors and mentees were split into two teams then Lauren came up with things that each team had to either bring her, tell her or draw for her. Each team had one "hot seat" where only that person sitting on it could give her the answer while the other members could help.
Team A: Ann, Maggie, Ming, Yishion; Team B: Amy, Bernice, Jasmine and Suzanne
- This was a very fun activity where each team had to work together to get the answer to Lauren and it was a great way to review what we did during the semester.

Discussion on ideas for upcoming semester
To get students' feedback and ideas for next semester, in our groups, the mentors asked the students what they liked and disliked about this semester including the activities, speakers and discussions. We also asked the students for any ideas they wanted to see in the upcoming semester that we have not already done.
Since some students have been with us for a few semesters now, we wanted their input in our planning process and to acquire new ideas that peak their interest.
